1 Usage
When this equipment uses vertical melting furnace plus transfer thermostat furnace , Take the electrolytic copper as the primary material.Use the way of continuous casting and rolling technology, The special equipment of produce Φ8mm copper rod.
2 Process
Electricalcopper→verticalfurnace(melting)→holding furnace→launder→stew→5-wheels casting machine→front traction device→rolling shear→Ingot machine→alignment chamfering machine→feeding machine→2-roller rolling machine→copper restore cooling system→back traction device→coiling collect rod device→conveyer device→press rod device.
